Ever wondered why it’s such a challenge to stick to a diet, overcome self-sabotaging behaviors, and develop new habits? Well, I’m here to tell you that it’s not your fault. The main culprit behind these struggles is often your subconscious beliefs, which you may not even be aware of.

Did you know that we have over 65,000 thoughts racing through our minds each day? Surprisingly, 95% of these thoughts occur on a subconscious level. Essentially, we aren’t
even conscious of 95% of our own thoughts. Without taking the time to become aware of these thoughts and deeply ingrained beliefs, it’s nearly impossible to create lasting change in our behaviors and achieve the outcomes we truly desire.

Have you ever tried to break a certain behavior pattern, lose weight, or alter a habit, only to have it creep back into your life, leading you right back to where you started? I
can relate to this experience. I relied solely on willpower for years, attempting different diets and positive thinking techniques, but never truly achieving the results I longed for.

It wasn’t until I discovered the power of retraining my subconscious beliefs, which had been operating in the background unbeknownst to me, that I started to see meaningful success. Once I became aware of the driving force behind my actions and made the
necessary changes, a whole new version of myself emerged, and I began manifesting the
life I had always dreamed of.

highest good and lead us toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Indeed, meditation has been extensively studied and proven to be a valuable practice for
